If you're a fan of ATEEZ, nature, or Korean
culture, mark your calendar - San is heading back to his hometown, Namhae, to
join the Namhae Spring Walk on April 19th. This scenic coastal town in the
southern part of Korea is celebrating spring in style, and San will be there to
meet fans, promote his beloved hometown, and walk along the 4km route that
showcases Namhae’s natural beauty.

San isn’t just a K-pop star—he’s Namhae’s
first-ever idol and an official ambassador for the region since 2021. He's
constantly expressed how proud he is to be from the "Treasure Island" of
Namhae. In 2023, he even donated the maximum amount (₩5 million) allowed under
Korea’s hometown donation system, showing just how much he cares for the place
he calls home. This year, he’s giving back once again – joining the Spring Walk
as a volunteer, meeting visitors and helping to shine a spotlight on Namhae’s
charm.

The Namhae Spring Walk kicks off at the
Jukbangryeom Promotion Center and follows a beautiful coastal trail to Jeondo
Small Park and back - around 4km round trip. Along the way, you'll enjoy stunning
ocean views, the historic Jukbangryeom fishing system (a designated national
cultural heritage), and the peaceful vibe of a spring day by the sea.

The event is packed with fun activities:
• The "SamDong, How About Here?" photo event, where participants can
receive gifts by showing receipts from local restaurants and shops or SNS
posts,
• Treasure Hunt on Treasure Island, a game to find hidden message
notes along the coastal road,
• The fun and interactive Spring Spring Quiz Time,
• A booth offering hands-on experiences making Jukbangryeom kits.
If you're one of the first 500 people to
register via Namhae's official website, you're guaranteed a spot - walk-ins may
be accepted if space allows.
