Unfortunately, there isn’t any request line. After customs clearance, we recommend customers to contact the carrier via phone or email for any delivery requests.

If you are absent, the order will be stored at a nearby access point. You may be charged for the storage. Please note that there are cases in which items may not be kept. The delivery driver may attempt to resend the parcel. For express shipping, you can change the delivery in UPS My Choice.

If your parcel is returned due to personal reasons, such as absence, non-payment of taxes, wrong address, or inability to contact, TrendyPicker cannot issue a refund for both item prices and delivery fee.
