[Korean Beef Bowl Recipe]

01. Cook the Bulgogi
Thaw the bulgogi and stir-fry it together with sliced green onion (1/2 stalk), onion (1/4), carrot (a bit),
and shiitake mushrooms (2) in a pan with bulgogi sauce.
Tip: Marinate the beef in the sauce for about an hour in the fridge before cooking — it’ll be even more flavorful!
If the beef sticks together, cut it gently with scissors while cooking.
02. Prep the Veggies

Roughly chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and thinly julienne the carrots. Softer lettuce paired with crunchy carrot strips adds a great texture to the dish.
03. Prepare the Fried Egg

Fry an egg sunny-side up or soft-boiled style. Cook on medium-low heat and use chopsticks to keep the yolk centered.
Avoid flipping — we want that perfect runny yolk!
04. Assemble the Korean Beef Bowl

Place steamed rice on a plate or bowl. Top with lettuce, beef bulgogi, and carrots in layers for a clean, aesthetic look.
Add the egg on top and sprinkle roasted sesame seeds generously.
