When Jin of BTS took the stage on October
31 and November 1 at Seoul’s Incheon Munhak Stadium, it marked the grand finale
of his worldwide solo journey, #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR_ENCORE. This encore followed
his original solo tour, #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR, which travelled across nine cities
around the globe.
For ARMYs everywhere, especially
international fans who follow Korean pop culture and BTS in particular, this
was a major moment. Jin had already proved his solo power, and now, with this
encore, he brought the journey full circle back home in Korea.
Jin’s
Concert Charm

Right from the get-go, Jin turned what
could have been a typical intro into something special. For the opening, he
didn’t simply walk on stage – he ran a full lap around the stadium track while
singing his solo hits Running Wild and I’ll Be There. This theatrical moment symbolized
the very title of the tour “Run Seokjin”, giving fans the sense of closeness
and movement as though he were “running toward” the audience.
The concert also featured a full live band
and an 18-song setlist, showcasing both Jin’s vocal strength and his
willingness to engage fans.

Beyond the music, Jin introduced fun
interactive segments like “Telepathy with ARMY” (where audience gestures were
guessed) and “Sing It, ARMY” (where group chanting triggered responses). These
touches turned the stadium into a shared playground rather than just a
performance venue.
Whether you were watching in-stadium or
globally online, Jin created a vibe that was warm, playful, and artistically
polished.

One of the most moving aspects of these
encore nights was seeing Jin’s fellow BTS members appear as surprise guests.
Their presence underscored the deep bond between them and delighted fans who’ve
been waiting for a full reunion moment.
J-Hope
and Jungkook

On the first night, J‑Hope and Jungkook joined Jin on stage. Together, they delivered a
high-energy version of the solo hit “Super Tuna.” They also each performed
their own solo tracks: J-Hope with “Killin’ It Girl (Solo Version)” and
Jungkook with “Standing Next to You.” After the show, Jin praised them, saying
he felt they were “not human but gods” on stage. Their involvement elevated the
night: it wasn’t just Jin’s show anymore, it felt like a mini-BTS moment.
V
and Jimin

On the second night, V took the stage solo
with “Love Me Again”. Then Jimin made a surprise appearance, joining them for a
BTS medley of “IDOL,” “So What,” and “My Universe”, adding the final piece to
the night’s family-style vibe. Suddenly, it felt like the full circle of BTS
supporting Jin – and Jin supporting BTS – was being celebrated.

V’s eyes welled up as he said, “I’ve missed
this view so much, just imagining the seven of us standing together made me
tear up.” That emotional admission perfectly captured what many fans have been
feeling: the longing for a full BTS on-stage reunion.
“Run
Seokjin” Tour

Jin is more than just the handsome
front-face of BTS, he’s a powerhouse solo performer, a warm entertainer, and an
artist who genuinely wants to connect with his fans. The Run Seokjin tour
helped highlight that triple talent: gorgeous visuals, serious vocal chops, and
fan-first energy. Critics hailed the encore as a “solo masterpiece” that
confirmed Jin’s place in the big-leagues of K-pop solo acts.

Plus, the production was on point: giant
screens, hot-air balloon moments, fireworks, interactive games, and tracks that
ran the gamut from rock-tinged solo songs to full BTS anthems. At the end of
the night, Jin addressed the crowd: “The more I keep challenging myself, the
less fear I feel – and performing has made me grow.” That honesty won hearts.
For global ARMY who couldn’t make the
stadium – don’t worry. Jin ensured the encore shows were accessible worldwide
via streaming, reaffirming that this celebration was for fans across borders.
