The global K-pop phenomenon BTS are returning
not only with new music but also with a striking merchandise lineup that blends
modern fandom culture with traditional Korean aesthetics. The newly revealed “Arirang”
merchandise collection has caught fans’ attention for its surprising variety – from
stylish lifestyle items to objects inspired by Korean heritage.
Unlike typical K-pop merch that focuses
mainly on apparel and photocards, this collection dives deeper into Korean
culture. Some items reinterpret everyday objects from Korea’s past, while
others draw inspiration from historical treasures such as the iconic Great Bell
of King Seongdeok, a masterpiece of Silla-era craftsmanship cast in 771.
The result? A lineup that feels both
nostalgic and modern – perfect for fans who want to bring a touch of Korea into
their daily lives.
When
and Where

Fans won’t have to wait long to get their
hands on the BTS Arirang merchandise. The full merchandise lineup will be
released on March 20, the same day as BTS’s new album Arirang. Fans can
purchase the items globally through Weverse Shop, while visitors in Seoul can
also explore the collection at special “BTS POP-UP: ARIRANG” stores running
from March 20 to April 12 at HYBE headquarters in Yongsan and at the Heritage
building in Shinsegae Department Store’s main branch.
Some collaboration goods created with the
National Museum Foundation of Korea will also be available at the gift shop of
the National Museum of Korea, offering fans another unique place to experience
the culture-inspired collection. But what exactly is included in this diverse
merch lineup? Let’s take a closer look at the items.
Yang-eun
Bapsang (Aluminum Dining Table)

One of the most unexpected items in the
collection is the Yang-eun Bapsang, a lightweight aluminum dining table. This
type of table became widely used in Korean households during the 1960s and
1970s because it was affordable and practical. In many Korean families, the bapsang
symbolizes shared meals and togetherness, as everyone gathers around the same
table to eat. By turning this nostalgic household item into official BTS
merchandise, the collection cleverly connects fandom with everyday Korean
culture.
Folding
Fan

The folding fan blends traditional Korean
design elements with the BTS album logo. Folding fans have long been used in
Korea, especially during the summer months. While older generations often
carried them daily, the BTS version gives the classic accessory a modern twist –
making it both practical and stylish for fans.
Candle

The candle in the collection is shaped like
the BTS album logo, transforming a simple decorative item into a collectible. Its
elegant design makes it almost too beautiful to use, and many fans may prefer
displaying it as part of their BTS memorabilia rather than lighting it.
Wine
Stopper & Chopsticks

This set includes a wine stopper designed
with the album logo and a pair of stainless-steel chopsticks engraved with the
same symbol. The pairing feels symbolic – combining Western dining culture
(wine) with the Korean tradition of using chopsticks. It’s a playful yet
thoughtful item that reflects BTS’s global influence.
Card
Holder

Minimalist yet meaningful, the card holder
features the engraved phrase: “What is your love song?”
The phrase has become a recurring question tied to the album’s concept and
promotional messaging. Fans can carry the message with them daily in a sleek,
practical accessory.
Lamp

The collection also includes a decorative
lamp featuring an acrylic panel inspired by the album logo. When lit, it casts
a soft glow that works perfectly as mood lighting for a bedroom, desk, or
display shelf – ideal for creating a cozy ARMY corner at home.
Laptop
Pouch

The laptop pouch is one of the most
practical items in the lineup. Designed with a clean aesthetic and BTS
branding, it provides both protection and style for fans who want to carry
their devices with a subtle fandom touch. For students, creators, and remote
workers, it’s an everyday accessory that blends fandom with functionality.
Link
Keychain

This keychain features the album logo
alongside the number “7”, symbolizing the seven members of BTS. Simple yet
meaningful, the design highlights the group’s unity and the bond between the
members that fans cherish.
Message
Keychain

Another keychain in the lineup takes a more
playful approach. The Message Keychain includes a folded-note charm and bead
details, along with the question: “WHAT IS YOUR LOVE
SONG?” It feels like a tiny message capsule fans can carry around – adding
personality to keys, bags, or backpacks.
Ball
Cap & Hoodie (Black)

The black ball cap and hoodie set offers a
classic streetwear look. Clean branding and a versatile color make it easy to
style with everyday outfits, allowing fans to represent BTS without being
overly flashy.
Ball
Cap & Hoodie (Pink)

For those who prefer something more
vibrant, the pink cap and hoodie version delivers a playful alternative. The
bright colorway gives the collection a youthful, energetic vibe and stands out
instantly among typical K-pop merch palettes.
Items Inspired by the Great Bell of King
Seongdeok

Perhaps the most culturally significant
pieces in the collection are the items inspired by the decorative patterns of
the Great Bell of King Seongdeok. This historic bell, created during the Silla
dynasty in 771, is one of Korea’s most treasured cultural artifacts. The
merchandise reinterpret its intricate patterns into modern fashion and
accessories.

Items in this sub-collection include a
skirt, hair pin, card holder, shoulder bag and other accessories. By
incorporating elements of Korean heritage into the designs, the BTS Arirang
merch collection goes beyond typical fandom goods. It celebrates Korea’s
artistic history while giving fans around the world a chance to experience it
in a modern way.

From nostalgic dining tables to
heritage-inspired fashion, the BTS Arirang merchandise lineup proves once again
that BTS continues to push boundaries – not only in music but also in how K-pop
connects global fans with Korean culture.
