When Life Gives You Tangerines

ⓒ Netflix
This drama follows the life of the
adventurous and free-spirited Ae-soon (IU) and her devoted companion, Gwan-sik
(Park Bo-gum). Set in the picturesque Jeju Island during the 1950s, their story
unfolds across the changing seasons. The stark contrast in their personalities

Netflix drama will be released in four-episode batches, starting March 7.
IU and Park Bo-gum, both born in 1993, have

collaboration between writer Lim Sang-chun ("When the Camellia
Blooms", "Fight My Way") and director Kim Won-seok ("My

world in the future.” The original Korean title, "폭싹 속았수다," means "Thank you for your hard work" in Jeju dialect.
