Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within up to 7 business days.

Customers must include all event items (free gift etc.) in the return box when requesting a refund.

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to add/change/cancel the order or item. We kindly suggest that you read the product information carefully before confirming your order.
